How to delete your account

First cancel your subscription if you have one. either through the https://heaper.de/portal for the ones done on desktop or web. or via apple/google billing in the respective appstore/play store.

then you can safely delete your account in the https://heaper.de/portal, in the last section.

with this you account and all synced data will be removed from all of the heaper servers. we only retain payment history managed through stripe and the payment infos via apple and google. the only personal account identifier is your email which we only have saved on stripes side after deletion.
